About Daron
I'm a speechwriter and executive communications consultant based in New York City. I help senior leaders craft strategic messaging, tell creative stories, and leave lasting impressions with audiences at events around the globe.
I’m a Senior Director in the speechwriting and executive communications practice at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), an outcomes agency at the intersection of business, politics, and policy. Born in politics and founded by leaders of the Obama campaign, we apply our unique expertise to create sophisticated and customized strategies for companies, causes, and candidates.
I have served as a speechwriter to senior leaders at a wide range of organizations, including VMware, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, the African Development Bank, the American Association of State Colleges, and multiple agencies under the Obama-Biden Administrations including State, Energy, Agriculture, and Veterans Affairs. I have ghostwritten pieces for clients in the pages of Rolling Stone, Fast Company, Inc, and other leading publications you’ve flipped through in the dentist’s office.
I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III College, earning a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management. I have also guest lectured on the nuts and bolts of speechwriting at American University and Johns Hopkins University.
I started out my career as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa and I'm a 4-time Boston Marathon qualifier (midlife crisis).
